We are delighted to offer Spring Cottage,
a 2 bedroomed end of terrace cottage in the quiet unspoilt Dartmoor Village of North Brentor. Spring
Cottage was believed to have been built in the 1850's. Much of the character has been retained with the fireplace in the sitting
room and open stone work on the walls.
Open moorland is a short Walk
from the property and Cycle Route 27 goes right by the front door!! The popular market town of Tavistock
within easy reach by car.
There are Horse Riding Stables not far away, and
many Golf courses to choose from along with a choice of Angling delights.
Alternatively we have Glebe End; our
newly completed
2-bedroomed Accomodation in Mary Tavy.
Glebe End has two Double bedrooms both ensuite.
Downstairs, the Living Accommodation is open plan with a well equipped Kitchen
and Dining Area at one end and a Cosy Sitting area with large fireplace and a Multi Fuel Woodburner at the other.
There is a sunny patio and Car Parking immediately outside the doors.
There is plenty to do and to see, come and explore Dartmoor!
